Your custom portrait will capture your pet's unique personality and be a lasting comfort and celebration of their wonderful little being! 
 
How to get started:
1) Share the photo that you would like me to paint through email at the maxinesheaffer@gmail.com, along with any ideas that you may have for the composition (background, cropping, color, etc.) *Remember, the better the photo, the better the portrait. Its always a good idea to send your best resolution, lighting and some back up photos for color reference so I can get the fur color just perfect for you!

2) I will get back to you within 2 business days or sooner about your photos and will create a custom listing for you based on your needs. If you just want a straightforward head shot as is, to add the size to your cart and place your order!

3) After you place your order, it will take between 6-10 weeks to complete your painting. At completion, I will email you a photograph for you to review.
 
Satisfaction Policy:
I want you to be completely satisfied with your painting. Your painting will be created custom for you to the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase. You will have an opportunity to review the painting before it is sent to you, at that time you can request any adjustments. If the painting should arrived damaged, another painting will be created exactly like the first for you to replace it.
