Hand-painted Custom Portrait: Each urn includes a hand-painted portrait of your pet’s face and neck as well as bespoke vinyl lettering of their name and date on the back of you would like. If you are interested in a full-body painting or have specific ideas, please reach out with your vision to create a special custom order.

Multiple Sizes & Colors: Available in various sizes depending on what color you choose. Please message me with your pet’s weight and desired urn color, I have many colors for you to choose from.

How It Works:

-Send a Photo: Share your favorite photo of your pet via the contact form or email me at maxinesheaffer@gmail.com. Including extra photos that showcase their coloring and markings is helpful! If you'd like special elements like backgrounds or clothing, please let me know at that time so I can create a custom order for you.

-Provide Details: Include your pet's weight and color preference of the urn in your message to determine the appropriate urn size. Please provide their name and if you would like anything written on the back. I will connect with you about the font style and color of the writing that time.

-Place Your Order: After we discuss your vision, add your order to your cart. Don’t forget to include any personalization (like a name or epitaph) in the provided space. You’ll be added to the commission list after purchase.

-Creation Time: It will take a few weeks to create your portrait. I’ll keep in touch to ensure you’re completely satisfied with it before it ships.

SATISFACTION POLICY
I want you to be completely satisfied with the urn. Please read the description so you know exactly what to expect. The urn will be created custom for you to the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase. You will have an opportunity to review it before it is sent to you, at that time you can request any changes or adjustments, however there are no cancellations. If the urn should arrive damaged, another urn will be created exactly like the first for you to replace it.
